Because our products are energised for the individual buyer, we do not accept returns of products that have been used or worn. If an item reaches you damaged or different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will replace it or refund you. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 working days.
